So, first things first, SNOOKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, 'm that big of a geek for those just recently joining our program, lol. The good news is you shouldn't be subjected to too terribly much of my snooker ramblings, thus far I have managed to keep most of them hidden or occasionally set free upon the Twitterverse. :D That said... Robertson/Trump yummy though I will without doubt pout and rant if Robertson looses this match 'cause seriously it's ROBERTSON he's like the best, okay maybe not THE best but he's one of my top 5 players, ya know him and Selby just make the game love for me. Anyway, I'm kinda looking forward to the O'Sullivan game, though I have to admit 'm kinda hoping he gets his ass beat again, he's gotten a bit too cocky. You know those players who yo love to watch play because they are masters of the game, but they really kinda annoy you otherwise? Yeah, and the more I hear about him the worse it gets... he was probably better off before I found the English streaming feeds and only had Swedish Eurosport, then all I had to go by was his playing, lol.

Creature/Aliens: Erm, do you count angels *snuggles Cas and Gabe* or genetically engineered beings *pulls Ben and Alec into the snuggle*?

MPREG: *runs screaming in other direction*…unless it’s to get around that whole ‘Arthur needs an heir’ thing then knock Merlin up all you want, lol.

Slavefic: NO, I think I can say this with all honesty, NO. ‘ve read a couple (usually accidentally) and just no, no sex trade, willing or otherwise, either *shivers and tries not to gag*

BDSM, S/M: Light bondage-y, proper stuff yeah, sure, done right it can be very emotional and loving *sigh*

Age difference: Well, I don’t seek it out or anything… but if we’re talking like uber generation gap, I mean, I don’t wanna read someone in their 60s getting it on with someone in their 20s

Bloodplay: Hmmm, not exactly, I’m a vamp girl so give me blood it’s an emotional thing then, and I guess that’s my thing, I like there to be reason other than, ‘ohh, look I can make you bleed and then play with it’, bonding, feeding, stuff like that, sure hit me.

Underage (chan): No, at least not knowingly.

Crossdressing/Genderbender: Vomit! (and yes, we’re ignoring the fact that I wrote one). Generally speaking and with possibly one exception I just can’t get into it. I like my boys to be my boys.

Bodyswap: Would you believe ‘ve never read any? It just holds no appeal. Oh wait, I have, once- it was a friend's and I read it because of that! It still holds no appeal and I'd just as soon skip it if it's all the same to you.

Dubcon: Tricky, since I will read stuff labeled dub-con, but it usually turns out to be consensual just has the initial appearance or actuality of dub-con. If something was ever truly dub-con, I’d probably consider it non-con and...

Noncon: Not knowingly when it’s between the two main characters, I do have a thing for h/c where non-con is the hurt portion that our heroes have to do the comforting thing over, so I don’t know if that counts.

Incest/Selfcest: Erm, NO, not as such… but then you get into the whole Dark Angel thing where if you consider one Manticore pairing incest you have to consider them all incestuous and conversely if they aren’t incestuous then none of the pairings can be incest… *hides Ben and Alec* but like Wincest and such, hells no!

Threesome/moresome/gangbang: Nope, I’m a bit of a purist there.

Death: I considered just leaving silkmoth101’s answer, but... ABSOLUTELY NOT, NO, NEVER, NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, EVER!!! I can and have been haunted by death!fic, that and slave/sex trade!fic will literally give me nightmares, so NO!!!

Watersports/scat: *ignores and tries not to puke*.

Crossovers: Not really, I’ve read a couple, when the premise was interesting/wild enough, but not really my thing *ignores her own x-over verse*

Unhappy/wide-open endings: NOPE, happy endings, I want my boys happy, period, end of story (I can’t even leave my own fic with open or unhappy endings, I’ve tried, but I always have to write a sequel to fix it)

Violence/Torture: Not exactly, I have a strong h/c thing and by default a lot of times that involves violence/torture, but it’s not the violence/torture that I get off on, so I guess that’s a no

Established relationship: I prefer first times, but est rels are fine, unless it’s one of those where they wind up breaking up at the end then it’s kinda wtf, those are just creepy.

On a slightly related note, I decided I needed to look at my Merlin BB like I looked at my D/C BB last year. I know, I know, I signed up for the Mini-Bang which was like 10k (or 15k I can't actually remember, lol), point being it was the largest single work I'd ever done and getting close to, let alone hitting, the 10k mark shocked me, but I did it and then hit 15k (and upgraded to the full BB- yay, me- lol) and then 20k and then whatever I finished at, lol. Anyway, I decided I need to look at my Merlin BB kinda like that. Not thinking about never reaching 30k Oh my gods, I'm NEVER gonna hit 30k ever, ever, ever!!!!!!!!! Sorry, minor freakage, it is to be expected. *deep breath* Where was I? Oh yes, I decided I need to just look at those (relatively) little markers like last year. I'm getting close to 10k and I have a lot of flushing to do and I haven't even hit the crux or started towards the end half of the story, so I should be happy and bugger the rest. 'm also trying to take the bits and bobs like last year. I have two different tracks that will be running together and there's no reason that I HAVE to work on them together, I know what needs to happen in both while they are separate so I can work on those bits if that's where the muses want to play! So far this is helping a LOT, I don't feel nearly as overwhelmed and hopeless as I was last week. And as crappy a word count as it is, I'm still pushing 10k and got 1k words in over the course of two days last week, which for me is awesome! So yeah, keeping to the small victories until I look up one day and go 'Holy fuck! I did it!'

And oh yeah...I'm sucking at Merlin BB too and I should tell you that I've decided that I can only watch Camelot for pure comic relief at this point. It's like a bad soap opera with swords and horses set in the English countryside but filmed in Ireland.

GoT tomorrow night though. If I get my hands on the episode I'll PM it you if you're tempted to get an early start on it.

Lol, Snooker is a form of billiards, like proper billiards. I started watching it a few years back 'cause I was trying to get the stance and form right for a pool scene I was gonna be writing and got hooked on it (thank you Shaun Murphy, Mark Selby, and Ronnie O'Sullivan), now 'm scarily aware of tourneys and players (and their various nicks and the music that's associated with them, lol) and to a lesser extent rankings.

They should have brought Gabriel back. If they can bring back humans why not demons and angels?

Seriously, wasn't it! I swear I sat there and replayed it over and over and over mostly out of shock that OMGs it's CANON!!!!!! *squees like an insane fangrrl who's just been told her fav pairing is fucking CANON! Oh, wait I am...*

Lol, and the scary part is that those are my answers because of me being in fandom for MORE than a few years- been writing for almost 6yrs and got started reading back in '98, I think it was, it was before Blair went all wiggy evil un-Blair. Yeah, and if anything I'll read less than I used to, lol. I just got to the point where I was like 'I want THIS so why am I reading THAT?' been a real bitch about what I read since then.
I mean, I've read almost every fic except the Sanshu/human!Spike fics from Spander Files, the entire Spander section of Shadows and Dust, most of the fic from Nummy Treats (though most if not all of that can be found on the other two) and All About Spike, Hidden Desires and Midnight Kisses, SX and Violence, and several other random or defunct sites, and well, that covers a LOT of ground, lol. Of course that's also where I discovered my utter hatred of slave/sex trade fic (not the same as BDSM/D/s type slave fic), and secret love of amnesia fic, lol. I just meant, I may not like a lot of those things, but it's not for lack of testing the waters. *shrugs* What can I say I've gotten picky in my old age, lol. :P~

Anyway all that, well except for Joy Ride is open in my memories.
