Fangrrl moment!!!!!!!!
I met Michael Shanks. :) He's sweet, and gorgeous, and just a little twisted...
Pup drug me over to get his autograph *rolls eyes* and 'm kinda freaking 'cause we'd just gotten there and I was trying to get oriented and it really wasn't working, bloody brain, bloody PTSD, bloody social phobias... *grrr* Anyway, she's dragging me over to him and tells the assistant my name, so we get there and he's talking to Pup and asks if she's me (for the autographing) which leads to the following conversation:
MS: So are you --- (Mys)?
Pup: No, *points to me* she's ---
MS: Hi. *bright smile that just made my brain think of S2/3 SG1*
Pup: She's from the US
MS: Oh, where you from?
Mys: Tennessee
MS: Tennessee that's nice. What are you doing here?
Mys: *points at Pup* Her.
MS: Ah, visiting or working...?
Mys: Oh, I live here; we're married.
MS: Oh, OH! *stops writing and looks between me and Pup gets cheese eating smile* So you really are "doing" her.
Mys: *shrugs, doing her best not to get flustered by the fact that she's talking about her sex life with MICHAEL FUCKING SHANKS!!!* Well, yeah.
MS: Didn't take you literally the first time. *smiles* How long have you been here?
it got rather mundane after that, discussing the merits of living/working places that actually have air/oxygen and stuff (and really why did it make me coo when he said Vancouver? the word was like honey on his tongue, so strange...). It was very surreal, but cool.
Other wise it was pretty much what I expected for their version of a con, mainly dealer space and stuff, none of the really fun stuff, but it was still fun and a trip...

I hope ppl realize how calm 'm being about SPN atm... 'cause truly, I'm about to... yes, well, I just wonder why ppl 'round here didn't listen to me... *sighs*
I'll just say this, if it is as all points indicate then I'm fairly certain I won't be watching anymore. I will most likely rant on this once things are more confirmed.

To two certain special ppl on my f-list- I hate you. I'm having bunnies! *GRR* Well, one real bunny and a couple bits of short angstiliciousness that keep trying to write themselves in my head. I have a feeling I will be e-mailing one of you, you know who you are, about this in the next few weeks (hopefully you will talk some sense into me *head desk*).
In a related note, Benedict Cumberbatch has the most beautiful voice... it makes makes me all warm and fuzzy- I have added him to my list of ppl I'd listen to read a phone book, lol.
Speaking of I really need to put Dead Beat on Colin to listen to... just wish I had a copy that was chaptered :( and not well, not in two 7 hour blocks, but still, James' voice is worth it (and I love the books anyway, though really WHY did he have to make Thomas and Harry brothers? I mean, my head was all ready to go there, then he does that *piffle* waste of a good pairing that was, lol).

I think 'm gonna have to withdraw from one of my exchanges... don't wanna, but the words won't come and I don't think my heart is in it :( I even have an idea and it should be easy to bang something out, but every time I open the file it just sits there and taunts me. Not of the good. 'm gonna give it until morning, if nothing comes I'll do the horrible and withdraw... I feel like 'm doing that a lot lately, DNW :((
And now I am going to go fight with printing out these SSDI papers, so I can have a nice panic attack or 50 over that... yes, lovely way to spend my time- 's no wonder the muses are being fickle. *humphs*

If I am lucky I will still be able to afford the SPN con in August. Keeping my fingers crossed. Hug Pup and I will comment on any SPN rants after I watch the season. Can you believe I have no seen one episode and I have avoided being spoiled?!
During my son's month long semester break I will take it all in by getting a bottle of wine and having a marathon of epic proportions. The I will bitch and moan about everything that sucks as I am sure something will set me off! LOL
Gabriel will be in Sweden by the new year. Now you have to decide on Crowley or Balthazar for next holiday. If anyone else comes up I will let you know. *smishes*

You are braver than I... I haven't watch one ep... though Fanboy and HRH keep watching it when 'm in the room, so I get glimpses when 'm changing whatever 'm watching on Cas, but for the most part and as far as anything major goes I haven't seen it. I am however rather spoiled; :/ I love Fanboy to death, but he goes slightly nuts if he can't talk to me about the eps, even if it's just little things. *rolls eyes* Men have no patience, lol.
*blushes and beams* YAY! Have I mentioned how utterly AWESOME you are? *pounces and glomps*
Hehe, Crowley would be sweet, but you're the one being so amazing as to get these for me, so 'm not gonna be picky (just continually flabbergasted at getting these treasures). *hugs*

Girl it is finals week (HELL WEEK) next Friday the semester ends and he takes his last final. Thank you GOD! I will be on parole until Jan 20th and I can finally watch TV and cry.
The crying actually started yesterday and I cannot stop. I was walking around the local Chinese store yesterday with tears streaming down my face as I shopped. When I got to the register the woman asked why I was so upset. I told her my sister had died on the 14th but it was just now hitting me. She gave me a 30% discount and 5 boxes of poky sticks for my son!
You never know where the next angel is going to be. That is why I do things for people like you who touch my heart. It always comes back to me in one way or another. Plus I only have one best friend here so I need someone to buy stuff for!
I love you and I will drop a line when Gabriel takes off.
