In the realm of "The Great Swedish TV Conspiracy", you will not convince me that within 3 days of 5x05 airing here they're showing House of Wax is a coincidence! Esp when TIH is on twice inbetween. *eyes Showtime suspiciously for signs of Finding Home*
And in the scary news department, I found out that my mom ships Eric/Sookie, this is only vaguely scary, what's really scary is that after seeing 2x09 I understand WHY, lol... and it doesn't help that when I told MM that Mom shiped them she spent the next hour walking around muttering "min Skarsgård" - that's "my Skarsgård" in English.
*shakes head* Swedes are weird.
Further proof of this, they eat this thing that looks and smells like (and I'm pretty sure IS) pig innards, but they wrinkle their nose at my homemade biscuits and gravy? And not only do they not have bottle vanilla, cream of tartar, or chocolate chips, but they've never heard of ground sausage!?!
Again I say, Swedes are weird.
Oh, they've taken my completely off my anti-d *chews lip* and mega upped the Seroquel, and everybody keeps on me about 'do you feel any different' and 'have you noticed anything yet' and they don't seem to get that it takes time!!!!!!! I mean I've just now started to get over the side-effects. *hmphs* And sure I notice some things, but I swear if Pup doesn't stop playing them down and questioning me I may hurt someone!
Like yesterday,

'yeah, well I'm still going manic, but it's slower, not all consuming. like the last two days I've been constantly doing stuff and can't stop'

*grit teeth and try not to bitchslap the missus* 'yes. restless means you feel the need to do something, maina you HAVE to do something and you have all that pent up energy.'

*grr* I get that she's just trying to figure out what's what, but gods, I've been like this since I was 11 definitely and probably 5 or younger- I think I know what I'm feeling, and the difference between "mania" and "restlessness". Restlessness is when you're sitting watching telly and just want to get out, it's an itch you really really wanna scratch, it's about freedom and feeling, mania is more about HAVING to, at least for me it is. You know, you HAVE to do something, you're literally vibrating with the need, there's no want involved, just need- and I sound like I'm writing a sex scene. *rattles head*
Oh well, on the upside, those racing thoughts that you can never catch 'cause they just fly by so fast you only see a blur, well they're still speeding by, but (and I'm thinking it's the meds) as long as I don't try to catch them, you know just kinda sit next to the stream and wait for that one leaf that's floating on the surface, so you can pluck it up without even trying, then I can actually think and remember things. It's just when I try to catch the blighters that they seem to run like so much sand through my fingers.
And damn but I didn't mean to go on about that, lol.
I actually saw a good movie t'other day! State of Play - killer! Intense, and fun, and the kind of movie that makes you think... it was very All the President's Men, which I'm sure got it slammed by some ppl, but I kinda found it refreshing that someone finally remembered how a proper political thriller was done (and yes I know AtPM was based on real events- I might be a Yank, but I'm not stupid, lol). Though I do think I'm the only one of the clan who enjoyed it, but if I had to sit through one more of their crapaliscious movies I was gonna scream. Like we've had Frost Nixon for MONTHS, but we can't watch it, I always get out voted in favour of shite of the month or most recently Saw 6000 (though I will admit it was better than most of the others- there was this thing that resembled a plot *shockgasphorror* so it was bearable for once). And why am I the only person on the planet who doesn't like potty humour? By that I mean like the Scary Movie, Epic Movie, etc films and the American Pie franchise- I just don't get it. The clan loves that stuff and they love to tease me because I just kinda sit there feeling my brains bleed out through my eyes. *sighs*
And I'm gonna stop now before I launch into a Bones rant... just think you'll have that to look forward to next time, lolololololol
